Hello everyone welcome back to my Blog today I present you all a very special Thali for Ganesh Chaturthi which you can offer to Ganesha. It is a very simple and quick recipe it can be made in 40 minutes so here are the ingredients . All recipes are made in no onion No Garlic as whatever we cook for any God or goddess we always prepare without onion and garlic.



Ingredients
For Paneer gravy
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • jeera half tablespoon
  • green chilies two
  • ginger 1 inch
  • tomatoes four
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder half tablespoon
  • red chilli powder half tablespoon
  • coriander powder half tablespoon
  • garam masala powder half tablespoon
  • Paneer 100 grams
  • water half cup
  • Kasoori methi half tablespoon
  • coriander for garnishing

  • For jeera rice

  • ghee 2 tablespoon

  • jeera half tablespoon

  • rice 1 cup

  • water 2 cup

  • salt as per taste

    For Dal fry

  • Dal one cup
  • water 3 cup

  • ghee 1 tablespoon

  • jeera half tablespoon

  • Hing 1/4 teaspoon

  • green chilies one

  • curry leaves 5 to 6

  • tomato one chopped

  • salt as per taste

  • turmeric powder half tablespoon

  • coriander for garnishing

    For potato sabji

  • oil 1 tablespoon

  • jeera half tablespoon

  • green chilies one

  • Hing 1/4 tsp

  • curry leaves 4 to 5

  • tomato one chopped

  • boiled potatoes 2 large

  • coriander for garnishing

    For Puri

  • wheat flour 2 cups

  • water as per needed

  • salt as per taste

  • oil 1 tablespoon

  • oil for deep frying
  • For Raita
  • curd 2 cups

  • cucumber half finely chopped

  • tomato one finally chopped

  • salt as per taste

  • jeera powder half tablespoon

  • coriander for garnishing

    For Modak

  • ghee 1 tablespoon

  • milk half cup

  • milk powder 1.5 cup

  • powdered sugar 1/4 cup

  • Yellow food colour optional

  • cardamom powder 1/4 tablespoon

  • saffron milk (7 to8 stands of saffron soaked in 2 to 3 tablespoon of hot milk)

  • Dry fruits chopped (almonds and cashews 4 to5)



Method
For Paneer Sabji

  1. Grind ginger green chillies and tomaoes. In a pan add oil ,when it gets hot add jeera. Then add Tomato puree to the oil. Now add Salt,Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, red Chilli powder, Garam Masala Powder.
  2. cook for 5-7 mins, when the oil separates add water and bring to boil. Now add Paneer.When the gravy Thickens add Kasuri Methi and coriander leaves.Paneer gravy is ready.
For Jeera Rice
  1. Take Ghee in a pan and add jeera. When Jeera Crackles add washed soaked 1 cup rice. Now add salt and cover the pan
  2. Cook for 10 mins
  3. Jeera ric is ready
For Dal Fry
  1. In a pan take ghee, add jeera and let it crackle. Now add ginger green chillies and curry leaves. Saute. Now add chopped tomatoes. When the tomatoes turns mushy add the dal and boil. Add salt and turmeric powder.Garnish with Coriander leaves. Dal fry is ready.
For Potato Sabji
  1. In a pan add oil and add jeera. When jeera crackles add green chillies curry leaves and ginger. Now add tomatoes and wait for it to get cooked. Add salt and turmeric powder. Now add boiled Potato and cook fo few minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. 
  2. Potato sabji is ready
For Poori
  1. Take wheat flour and add salt and oil. Add water and knead a dough.
  2. Now with a help of rolling pin take a small ball of the dough and roll a chapati poori size.
  3. deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Pooris are ready
For Raita
  • Take one cup curd add chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Now add Salt and Jeera powder.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves
  • Raita is ready.
For Modak
  1. In a pan take ghee and add milk. When milk brings to boil add Milk powder gradually.Add Saffron milk. Let the Mixture gets thick. Let it get cooled.
  2. Now take in a plate and add powdered sugar and cardomon powder. Mixture is ready.
  3. Take a modak mould add the mixture to both sides now add crushed almonds and cashews in the middle. Modak is ready
