                                Creamy Butter Garlic Mushroom



Hi Guys , how are you guys doing, i hope you would be doing fine in this pandemic and lockdown. Food is something we love and crave for whatever be the mood. Today the recipe which i am sharing is super easy and super quick which can be made in very less time. This is is Healthy as well. Today i bring you recipe of Creamy Butter Garlic Mushroom.



Ingredients:

  • Mushroom 200 gms
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 8-10
  • Onion 1 big chopped
  • Amul fresh cream 1 packet
  • Refined flour / Maida 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain 1 pinch
  • Hot water 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing





METHOD :

  1. Take Butter and oil in a pan and add mushrooms in it. Now saute it. Once Sauted remove them from the pan. Now again add butter in the pan and then add garlic . Once the garlic are sauted add onions and cook them till they turn translucent. Now add the sauted mushrooms.
  2. Once the onion and garlic are sauted with the mushrooms add amul cream and keep stirring. Now add Salt , black pepper, ajwain, red chilli powder, oregano and mix well. After this add coriander leaves, Refine flour and hot water to make a thick gravy. Cover and cook for 2 mins so that the gravy gets cooked nicely and turns out to be very thick and creamy.
  3. Serve hot as your Creamy Butter Garlic Mushroom recipe is ready.
