                                   DOMINOS STYLE INDI TANDOORI PANEER PIZZA RECIPE

This lockdown have made people bored at home as they cannot go out at their favorite places and eat their favorite food. Once such comfort food is PIZZA 😋🍕🍕

Pizza is something what everyone likes it. Be it kids or adult.

Todays recipe is DOMINOS style Tandoori Indi Paneer pizza. This pizza is my all time Favorite. The paneer are given the perfect roast with Mint Mayo Chutney.

So lets get started with the recipe:

  • For dough
  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. salt 1 tablespoon
  3. warm water 1 cup
  4. sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. Yeast half tablespoon
  6. oil 2 tablespoon
  • For paneer stuffing
  1. Paneer 200 g
  2. onion one
  3. capsicum one
  4. salt half tablespoon
  5. turmeric half tablespoon
  6. chilli powder half tablespoon
  7. garam masala half tablespoon
  8. red food colour one pinch
  9. curd 2 tablespoon
  10. oil for sautéing the vegetables
  • For making pizza
  1. pizzas sauce 2 tablespoon
  2. Mozarella cheese 100 grams
  3. oregano flakes half tablespoon
  4. chilli flakes half tablespoon

METHOD:
  • First we will make the pizza dough. For pizza dough, we will take warm water and add sugar. Let the sugar get dissolved. After that we will add yeast and keep it aside for 10 mins so that the yeast activates.
  • After 10 min when the yeast activates we will add the refined flour (maida) and knead a soft dough. Grease it with oil and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • Now we will make the Paneer stuffing, Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl and keep it marinated for 15 mins. Now add butter in a pan and add the marinated paneer to it.Saute it for 5 mins on high flame. Your tandoori paneer is ready.
  • Grind all the ingredients for Mayo mint Chutney. After grinding add mayonaise and your mayo mint chutney is ready.
  • Now we will make the Pizza. After 15 mins we will take a small ball of the dough and roll into a thick roti. Now apply Pizza burger sauce on it. After that add Mozzarella cheese on it equally. Now transfer the tandoori paneer mixture followed by cheese again. Now end with Oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Keep in a kadhai on a stand and cook for 12-15 mins.
  • Remove after 15 mins and add the mint mayo chutney.
  • Now cut into pieces. Garnish with Oregano and chilli flakes again.
  • Serve hot.
