Tri-Colour Idli-Dosa| Tri Colour Chutney |INDEPENDENCE DAY SPECIAL BREAKFAST|TRIRANGAA Idli-Dosa

 Hello People, wish u all India's 74th INDEPENDENCE DAY,for this i bring you all a very simple, easy ,Healthy breakfast using natural food colour. 

TRI COLOUR IDLI DOSA

This recipe is very healthy and it looks very attractive.


Ingredients:
  • Idli Batter (Rice Urad Dal and poha soaked in the ratio 2:1:1 for 8 hours and then grinded. again fermented for 8 hours)
  1. For Tri colour Chutney
  • Orange chutney- Grind 1 onion, 2 Kashmiri Red chilli,4-5garlic, 1 Ginger
  • White Chutney-1 cup Fresh Coconut,2 Green chillies, 4-5garlic ,1 inch ginger
  • Green Chutney: Keep the ingredients same as white chutney just add 1/2 cup Coriander 
2.For Tri colour Batter

  • Orange Batter: Add 1 Carrot puree to idli batter.
  • Green Batter: Add spinach puree (4 Spinach leaves grinded with water) to idli batter.


Method:
Pour orange batter to greased idli mould,Similarly add green puree to the idli mould. Steam for 15 mins.

For Dosas, Pour orange batter on greased tawa,below that pour white batter and then green batter. cook for few seconds and turn around.
