Crispy Veg Spring Roll Recipe| Homemade Spring Roll Sheets|Indo Chinese Starter|

Whenever i think of any Indo-Chinese Starter i always love to binge on Veg Spring Roll. Its my Favvvv!!
So today i share with you all the easy simple quick recipe of Veg spring roll and also you dont have to bring roll sheets from market. Its homemade 👍
Ingredients:
- cabbage 1/4
- Carrot one small
- capsicum one finely sliced
- one spring onions
- oil 2 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
- salt 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder half tablespoon
- red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
- green chilli sauce half tablespoon
- soya sauce 1 tablespoon
- vinegar half tablespoon For home-made sheets
- Maida 1 cup
- water 1 cup add more if needed
- salt 1 teaspoon
- baking soda half teaspoon
- oil for deep frying Serve with Spicy and tasty schezwan Chutney
Method:
- First we will chop Cabbage and Carrot and sprinkle some salt in it and tie and keep it in an muslin cloth and keep for 10 mins.
- Now we will make the batter of Roll sheets.For that we will take 1 cup maida and 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Now add Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon. Make it a thin batter constitency and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Now time to saute the veggies, Take some oil and add ginger garlic paste.Now add spring onions (white part),capsicum,salt &pepper. Saute all. We will now drain the water from cabbage and carrot cloth and add the veggies and cook for 2 mins. now add Red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce,vinegar. Cook for few Minutes and add green spring onions for garnishing.
- Now make the roll sheets by pouring a scoop of the batter on Hot tawa and roll it like a dosa.Cook for 30 secs and remove.This way we can cook sheets in advance and later make our spring dosa.
- For preparing Spring roll, take one sheet add the cooled veggies on one side and turn it into a roll and apply the maida batter on the sides so that it sticks to each other. Stick first from the both side then roll in a shape.
- Add it directly to hot oil and fry. Always fry it on medium Flame.Let it turn Golden brown and remove.
- Slice it into pieces and serve it with Schezwan chutney. 😋😋
It taste amazing during those binge days when you want to have some chinese food. Do it a try yourself.
